GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – MAISON FLORA

1. Establishment identification

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern reservations made with Maison Flora.

All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these conditions.


3. Reservation

The reservation becomes effective after written confirmation from Maison Flora and receipt of payment or deposit if required.

Travelers agree to provide accurate information when booking.


4. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros and include breakfast.

Tourist tax, where applicable, is charged in addition in accordance with current regulations.

Additional services (table d'hôtes, electric bike rental, laundry, etc.) are billed separately.


5. Payment

Payment for the stay is made according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

Additional services consumed during the stay are paid for before departure.


6. Cancellation Conditions

Any cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date will result in a full refund of the amounts paid.

For any cancellation made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount of the stay remains due.

For any cancellation made between 3 and 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay remains due.

For any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, in case of no-show or early departure, the entire stay is due.


7. Arrival and departure

Arrivals are possible from 4pm.

Departures must take place before 11am.

Any late arrival must be reported in advance.


8. Room occupancy

The rooms are reserved for the number of people indicated at the time of booking.

Any additional undeclared person may be refused entry to the establishment.

A minimum stay of two nights is required all year round.


9. Children and baby beds

A baby cot can be provided upon prior request and subject to availability.

The applicable supplement is indicated at the time of booking.


10. Breakfast

Homemade breakfast is included in the price of the stay.

Any allergies, food intolerances or special dietary requirements must be reported before arrival.


11. Table d'hôtes

The communal dining option is only available by reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

The menu is created using local and seasonal produce, depending on availability.


12. Common areas

Travelers have access to the common areas made available to them:

  • community garden;
  • communal dining room;
  • summer kitchen;
  • relaxation areas;
  • ping-pong table;
  • darts.

Each user agrees to leave the premises clean after use.

Any damage may be charged.


13. Parking

A parking space is provided in the garden for each reserved accommodation.

Any additional car must be parked in the public car park located near the Vervant town hall, approximately 200 metres from the property.

Parking in the garden is at the travelers' own risk.


14. Animals

Animals are not allowed.

The house already accommodates pets; therefore, we are unable to accept pets from travelers.


15. Respect for the premises and tranquility

Maison Flora is first and foremost a place for rest and relaxation.

In order to preserve the tranquility of travellers, villagers and owners, everyone agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the place.

Quiet is requested from 11pm.

Noisy, festive behavior or behavior likely to disturb the peace of the house or neighborhood is not allowed.

Maison Flora reserves the right to interrupt a stay in the event of repeated non-compliance with this essential rule, without any refund being possible.


16. Responsibility

Maison Flora cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that occurs during the stay.

Travelers remain responsible for any damage caused to buildings, equipment, furniture or outdoor spaces.


17. Data Protection

The information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing the stay and is never shared with third parties.


18. Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority before any legal action.
